Just returned from our video shoot in Lincoln, and our first experience filming with the RED Helium 8K. We learned a lot of things. Like how quickly the RED batteries will run down, and how the RED’s display sucks in daylight, and how the RED hums quite loudly, so if you’re doing an interview, I hope you’ve got a good audio guy, but we also learned that the Image quality on the RED makes all these little annoyances worth it. It’s butter. Absolutely Butter.
